Enterprise Asset Management
Product MODEL: DP-EAM
Assets are encoded in accordance with the enterprise management standards, with their static information and basic parameters recorded in the enterprise asset management module. It makes asset management workflow automated, accessible and auditable.
Real-time Health Monitoring
PRODUCT MODEL: DP-RTHM
The real-time health monitoring service monitors the performance of the equipment, displaying a detailed map of your assets including real-time sensor readings and colour codes for asset health status to help you identify the ones that require attention.
Anomaly Diagnosis and Prognostics
PRODUCT MODEL: DP-ADP
The anomaly diagnosis and prognostics module includes the study of events that have occurred and the prediction of future events. Critical events are generated through data changes returned by sensors and stored to form D+ Event Library. The system uses machine learning to learn from past events and behaviours to provide a basis for future event prognostics.
Expert Strategy Services
PRODUCT MODEL: DP-ESS
The expert system service collects the full records of fault diagnosis, repairing and maintenance of the equipment based on in-house expertise. Through artificial intelligence and machine learning, this collected knowledge could be turned into collective knowledge to provide the basis for expert decision making.
3D Asset-centric Digital Twins
PRODUCT MODEL: DP-ACDT
Our asset-centric digital twins codify the data returned by sensors to reflect past conditions, current conditions, and future predictions on each asset, or a collection of assets. Applications leverage this model to realise remote real-time monitoring, which enables engineers to deliver predictive maintenance and operations optimization.
